Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing a scrapbook layout made with Pinkfresh Studio’s Ordinary Joys collection. It’s a little paper quilt for a memory close to my heart.

Ciao, amici! Oggi vi mostro un layout realizzato con la collezione Ordinary Joys di Pinkfresh Studio. È un piccolo patchwork di carta dedicato a un ricordo che mi sta a cuore.

 

One simple triangle, so many possibilities! I arranged the patterned papers into a soft paper quilt, with two photos of my little furry love at its heart.

Un solo triangolo, quante possibilità! Ho disposto le carte decorate come un delicato patchwork, con due foto del mio piccolo amore peloso al centro.

I stitched around each triangle to give the background texture. Layered flowers and a few enamel dots add color while letting the geometric pattern shine.

Ho cucito il contorno di ogni triangolo per dare consistenza allo sfondo. I fiori sovrapposti e qualche enamel dot aggiungono colore, lasciando risaltare il motivo geometrico.

These photos capture one of those everyday moments I never want to forget. I tucked a little handwritten note beneath the flowers to keep the memory close.

Queste foto raccontano uno di quei momenti quotidiani che non voglio dimenticare. Ho nascosto un piccolo pensiero scritto a mano sotto i fiori, per custodire il ricordo ancora meglio.

The words LOVE and happiness is found here say exactly what I feel when I look at these photos. Sometimes the simplest moments are the sweetest.

Le parole LOVE e happiness is found here esprimono proprio ciò che provo guardando queste foto. A volte sono i momenti più semplici a essere i più dolci.

On the other side, another cluster of flowers frames that sweet little face. A few enamel dots were all I needed to finish the page.

Dall’altro lato, un altro gruppo di fiori incornicia quel musetto adorabile. Per completare la pagina sono bastati pochi enamel dots.

And here is the finished scrapbook layout! Stitched triangles, soft colors and plenty of white space bring this little story together.
