Qui è l'ultimo mini album creato con i miei kit di novembre di Hip Kit Club.

The photos are from my son Francesco, the day of his birthday, last December 20th. They are not identical, they slightly differ one from the other but are mainly shot in the same 10 minutes, maybe less. It was like I was trying to stop the time and avoid to change that young beautiful face I love so much. Kids grow so fast!

Le foto sono tutte di mio figlio Francesco, il giorno del suo compleanno, lo scorso 20 dicembre. Non sono esattamente identiche, differiscono un pochino una dall'altra, ma sono state scattate tutte nell'arco di 10 minuti, forse meno. Era come se stessi cercando di fermare il tempo ed evitare che quella bellissima giovane faccina che amo tanto cambiasse. I bimbi crescono così in fretta!

The mini is a three flap folder album I made out of All Is Bright paper from Make A Wish collection. I am still using the November kits for my projects because Italian Post seams too busy to deliver them to me :( 

Nevertheless, using November kits doesn't bore me. I love them so much! I made my December Album with them and they are so fully stuffed that I was able to create a mini album too.

Il mini album ha la forma di una cartellina porta documenti con elastico ed è ritagliata dal foglio All Is Bright della collezione Make A Wish. Sto ancora usando i kit di novembre per i miei progetti, sembra che le poste italiane siano troppo occupate per consegnarmi i miei kit di dicembre :(

Nonostante tutto, non mi dispiace affatto usare ancora questi kit perché mi piacciono tantissimo. Li ho usati per realizzare il mio December Daily e sono talmente ricchi che ho potuto realzzarci anche un mini album.

My assignment today was to create a mini album and I was challenged to include some shaker pockets in it. I love shaker pockets, they are so fun! So, I made four type of them!

The first shaker pocket is incorporated in the cover of the folder. To create it, I used a stare shaped metal die.

Il mio compito per oggi era di realizzare un mini album con l'aggiunta di includervi delle shacker pockets. Adoro le shakers, sono così allegre e divertenti che ne ho aggiunte quattro, tutte di tipo diverso.

La prima shaker è incorporata alla copertina. Per realizzarla ho utilizzato delle fustelle a forma di stella.

The second type of shaker pocket is made with and acetate piece, a jar from Make A Wish collection. I filled in with sequins and adhered the jar on another piece of acetate using the Fuse Tool.

La seconda shaker si avvale di un abbellimento in acetato, un barattolino della collezione Make A Wish. L'ho riempito di paillettes e poi l'ho incollato su un altro acetato usando il Fuse Tool.

The third shaker pocket is made with a chipboard piece adhered directly on the page with some foam tape. Here I am using a frame always from Make A Wish collection.

La terza shaker è realizzata con un chipboard che ho incollato direttamente su una pagina del mini usando del biadesivo spessorato. In particolare, ho usato una cornicetta sempre della collezione Make A Wish.

The last one is the easiest. I simply filled in a page protector with some flat sequins and secured it with the Fuse Tool. If you son't have a Fuse Tool, no worry! You can use the sewing machine instead.

L'ultima shaker è anche la più semplice. Ho semplicemente inserito delle paillettes in un page protector e sigillato con il Fuse Tool. Non possiedi questo attrezzo? Nessun problema, puoi sostituirlo con la macchina da cucire.
