Hey friend! Christmas time has officially started in my Studio so, today I would like to show you a creative and fun page made with Une Pause Fika, the new Christmas collection by Les Ateliers de Karine.

As you can see, there's a lot of cards layered on top of each other. The cards come from a paper called 'Le Compte est bon', meant to be used to create advent calendars. Personally, I love making scrapbooking layout and I thought it would have been a cute idea to create a Christmas tree shape with them.

Come puoi vedere, ci sono molte carte impilate una sopra l'altra. Le carte provengono da un foglio chiamato "Le Compte est bon", fatto di card numerate per realizzare calendari dell'avvento. Personalmente, adoro creare layout di scrapbooking e ho pensato che sarebbe stata un'idea carina sovrapporle a forma di albero di Natale.

The woodgrain paper was the perfect background. It's name is 'Au Naturel' and I sewed it all around with white thread. Then, I overlapped it onto a second paper, much lighter in color, to give a frame effect to the page.

Il foglio base effetto legno era lo sfondo perfetto e si chiama 'Au Naturel'. L'ho cucito tutt'attorno con del filo bianco e poi l'ho incollato su un secondo foglio, di colore ciare, per dare un effetto cornice alla pagina.

The title is a classic Merry Christmas. I loved the rounded font in contrast with the squares of the cards. It's a very prietty sentiment and it comes from Noël stamp. I embossed it with withe powder on a piece of acetate and glued on the border of the photo with a couple of glue dots.

Il titolo è un classico Merry Chrismas. Mi piaceva molto il font arrotondato, in contrasto con le card squadrate. È una scritta molto bella e viene dal timbro Noël. L'ho embossato in bianco su acetato, ed incollato al bordo della foto con un paio di punti di colla.

Last, I added a few withe stars around the tree using Hiver Végétal stencil and white ink and voilà! Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you liked the idea of my Christmas tree and feel inspired to create your own version with the amazing Une Pause Fika collection.
