Questo è il primo post del nuovo anno e colgo l'occasione per augurarti un 2025 pieno di gioia e creatività.

Inizio l'anno con una splendida novità: ho ricevuto l'incredibile opportunità di creare con i Kit Club mensili di Spellbinders, uno dei brand più iconici e rinomati nel mondo del cardmaking e dello scrapbooking, Adoro e ammiro questo marchio da sempre, non solo per la qualità e la bellezza dei suoi prodotti, ma anche per la professionalità e la gentilezza delle persone che ne fanno parte, prima fra tutte la mia super coordinatrice Yana Smakula.

This is the first post of the year, and I want to take a moment to wish you a 2025 filled with joy and creativity.

I'm starting the year with some amazing news: I've been given the incredible opportunity to create with Spellbinders monthly Kit Clubs. Spellbinders is one of the most iconic and renowned brands in the world of cardmaking and scrapbooking. I've always loved and admired this brand, not only for the quality and the beauty of their products but also for the professionalism and kindness of the people behind it, first and foremost my super team coordinator Yana Smakula.

"I Club mensili di Spellbinders sono pensati per gli appassionati di die cutting, cardmaking, hot foiling, fai da te creativo e per chi è alle prime armi nel mondo del crafting. Ogni mese, i membri riceveranno set di fustelle, timbri, kit per hot foil o kit per creare biglietti, tutti progettati con grande cura; perfetti per realizzare progetti, biglietti e molto altro."

I kit sono diversi e tutti bellissimi e fighissimi. Io ho scelto di partecipare a tre club, ma sono già pentita di non averli scelti tutti! Oggi vi mostro il primo, il Kit Club della Ceralacca!

"The Spellbinders Monthly Membership Clubs are designed for die cutting, cardmaking, hot foiling aficionados, crafty DIY'ers, and beginner crafter alike. Each month, members will receive expertly designed dies, stamps, hot foil kits, or card kits; used to create projects, cards and more."

The kits are all beautiful and super cool! I decided to join three clubs, but i already regret not choosing them all. Today, let me show you the first: the Wax Seal Kit Club!

Fin da bambina rimanevo incantata a guardare i sigilli di ceralacca rossa che assicuravano discrezione a buste e pacchetti e oggi, da grande, gioisco mentre verso la cera per chiudere ed abbellire buste e pacchetti con la miriade di colori a disposizione.

Il kit del mese di gennaio contiene questo bellissimo timbro 3D di forma ovale, con il suo manico. La stampa raffigura una rosa molto dettagliata. Inoltre, nel kit è presente anche una scatola trasparente per contenere la ceralacca in perle o i timbri stessi. I timbri infatti,  sono smontabili e si possono staccare dal loro manico e la scatolina ha  scomparti mobili. I divisori si possono togliere così da creare alloggi più spaziosi.

Since I was a child, I've been mesmerized by the red wax seals that added a touch of secrecy to envelopes and packages. No, as an adult, I still feel the same joy when pouring the wax to close and decorate envelops and packages, especially with the countless colors available today.

The Kit of the month of January includes this beautiful 3D oval stamp with its handle. The design features a highly detailed rose. Additionally, the it comes with a clear box to store sealing wax beads or the stamps themselves. Yes, because the handle of the stamp is removable and the box has adjustable compartments. The dividers can be removed, allowing you to create larger spaces as needed.

La ceralacca he ho usato nel pacchettino è il bianco perla WS-044. Deve essere acquistata a parte, anche se, di tanto in tanto, vengono incluse perle di cera come accessorio aggiuntivo del kit.

È molto semplice realizzare questi timbri. Servono un fornetto in cui inserire una candela e un cucchiaino in cui sciogliere la cera. Dopo di che, si fa colare la cera sciolta sul fiocco e si appoggia sopra la cera il timbro di metallo, premendo leggermente. Si attende un minutino che la cera si rapprenda e voilà, la magia è fatta!

The sealing wax I used on the little package here is Pearl White WS-044. It has to be purchased separately, although wax beads are occasionally included as an extra accessory in the kit.

Making wax seals is very simple. You'll need a small wax melting furnace with a candle and a spoon to melt the wax. Once the wax is melted, pour the wax over the ribbon and gently press the metal stamp onto it. Wait for about one minute for the wax to set, and voilà, the magic is done!
