Exclusive Halo of Colors - Raggiera di Colori Esclusiva | Les Ateliers de Karine

On the first weekend of May, over at Les Ateliers de Karine Facebook group, we celebrated the inter-National Scrapbooking Day and we enjoyed a lot of challenges. Each creative member of Les Ateliers de Karine brand launched a different challenge. Mine was about rainbow and colors, If you are curios, here you can find the project I made.

Il primo fine settimana di maggio, presso il gruppo Facebook Les Ateliers de Karine, abbiamo celebrato la Giornata internazionale dello Scrapbooking e ci siamo divertiti con molte sfide. Se sei curioso di vedere il progetto che ho fatto per l'occasione, puoi trovarlo qui.

Also, during that weekend, Karine released a new exclusive stamp, scrap related. The stamp is called Fais Ce Qu'il Te Plait... and was free on every purchase of 50 euros or more in the shop. So, I thought it would be fun to use it to create a card with the same theme of my challenge: rainbow.

Sempre durante quel fine settimana, Karine ha rilasciato un nuovo timbro esclusivo,  relativo allo scrap. Il timbro si chiama Fais Ce Qu'il Te Plait... ed era in omaggio su ogni acquisto di 50 euro o più nello shop. Quindi, ho pensato che sarebbe stato divertente usarlo per creare una carta con lo stesso tema del mio challenge: arcobaleno.

I decided to create a halo of rainbow colors using Distress Oxides. Since I don't have any stencil halo shaped, I used some tape to create the cloves. Then, I colored each clove with a different color for a total of  15. 

I gold embossed the sentiment from Fais Ce Qu'il Te Plait... stamp on a piece of vellum, cut it in oval shape and glued it in the center of the halo. Simple like this!

Ho deciso di creare una raggiera di colori arcobaleno con i Distress Oxides. Dato che non ho nessuno stencil a forma di raggiera, ho usato del nastro adesivo per formare raggi. Poi, ho colorato ogni spicchio con un colore diverso per un totale di 15.

Ho embossato in oro il sentiment del timbro Fais Ce Qu'il Te Plait... su un ritaglio di vellum, l'ho tagliato a forma ovale e infine incollato al centro della raggiera. Semplice così!

Here is the list, and the pile of Distress Oxide colors I used: barn door, festive berries, carved pumpkin, spiced marmelade, mustard seed, squeezed lemonade, twisted citron, cracked pistachio, saved patina, mermaid lagoon, shaded lilac, milled lavender, tattered rose, kitch flamingo and picked raspberry. They are a lot, I know, but the result is worth it.

Ecco qui la lista, e la pila, dei colori di Distress Oxides che ho usato: barn door, festive berries, carved pumpkin, spiced marmelade, mustard seed, squeezed lemonade, twisted citron, cracked pistachio, saved patina, mermaid lagoon, shaded lilac, milled lavender, tattered rose, kitch flamingo and picked raspberry. Sono tanti, lo so, ma valgono il risultato.
